Potential Issue for EHR Claims Submissions
It has come to my attention that practices utilizing Practice EHR are experiencing or will be experiencing cash flow issues.
Since November 8th claims have not been batching out (as they may be stuck in the software, Clearinghouse or both). Practice EHR is aware of this issue and claims that it is a priority, yet it is still not fully resolved.
If you are a Practice EHR user, please call their support. If you are already aware of this issue, please keep following up to make sure it is resolved. I am not sure if this needs to be corrected on a case by case basis or once resolved will be s0 for all.
