PEP Terms & Conditions

By registering as a subscriber to our Practice Engagement Program, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly fee at the then-current monthly subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges for a minimum of 12 months. Subscriptions automatically renew and the monthly charge will continue until cancelation is requested. If processing issues arise with the credit card associated with your subscription, you will immediately be notified by email and are expected to provide updated payment information within 10 days. Failure to provide updated information in a timely manner will result in additional transaction fees.  

Cancelation policy:  If you wish to cancel your subscription after the minimum requirement of 12 months, please email admin@pinnaclepa.com and make a request. Please be advised that upon cancelation, discounts provided to you during the term of your subscription are subject to be withdrawn at the vendors’ discretion, and your resource library access along with invitations to monthly webinars will be discontinued.
